Mangos

It must be mango season somewhere. Kroger has them two for a buck. You can make a really nice salad with shredded cabbage, mangos, jalapenos, and a sweet and salty sauce. I like it with something grilled. But I suck at peeling and slicing a mango. That big seed in the center clings to a lot of mango meat. Any ideas how to more easily slice into a mango?
